Our engagements are built around four defined service tiers, each designed to meet you where you are, with the people, processes, and reporting your business actually needs. ◆ Tier 1 — Launch
Build your financial foundation from day one. Ideal for newer contractors establishing systems and processes. Includes ERP environment setup coordination, chart of accounts and job cost structure, monthly close, bank and credit card reconciliations, journal entries, GL maintenance, and a monthly financial package.
◆ Tier 3 — Growth
Insight into performance and profitability. Built for contractors ready to move beyond the close and understand what the numbers mean. Includes everything in Foundation, plus WIP schedule preparation and review, job profitability analysis, budget vs. actual reporting, KPI tracking, cash flow visibility, and a monthly insight review meeting.
◆ Tier 2 — Foundation
Accurate financials, delivered consistently. Designed for established contractors who need a reliable monthly close and clean books. Includes everything in Launch, plus balance sheet and income statement preparation, basic KPI visibility, and a monthly financial package delivered within an agreed SLA.
◆ Tier 4 — Strategic
Financial leadership and decision support. For contractors who need an ongoing financial partner at the table. Includes everything in Growth, plus rolling cash flow forecasting, financial modeling and scenario planning, banking, bonding and lender support, margin and overhead optimization, and an ongoing leadership meeting cadence.
All tiers require a 12-month minimum commitment with a monthly flat fee. Custom report writing, Crystal Reports, MyAssistant, Office Connector, and ERP automation are available as separate consulting engagements. Tax preparation and tax planning are not provided by RDM — please engage a qualified tax accountant for all tax matters.
